LMAO - thanks you have cheered me up no end on a crappy day at work - love the tech support and am tempted to use the techniques on numerous pieces of office equipment  ;D

I think Dr Cliff works in our Office Services department... I'm sure I've seen a manual selector from a Jeep 5-speed tranmission superglued to a broken door handle in the gents on the first floor!
