Jesus it's dull today. Nobody's posted anything for 34 minutes and I've got to sit here for another 4 hours with nothing more exciting to do than maybe some work. However I'm not in a work mood.

Any ideas to liven up the day or at least start some of you posting.

Leave the office and walk a mile to asda to do some shopping.... in work time of course.
Thats what I am just about to do ;D... but then I am working for a council at the moment!

Im bored aswell. Just had a new windscreen fitted to my car as a nice stone decided he would crack mine yesterday :(


As for tonight I have a date with a girl who went to my school, shes now in the fire service and STUNNING! I cant believe shes even talking to me :lol:

Weekends actions are -

Saturday – going to fit new cam seals, cambelt, cv boots & oil change on the car
Sunday – pick my mate up in Manchester at 7am then drive to Northampton to pick up a car


Should be a good weekend really :)

I find that staring out of the window at all student totty walking past helps relieve boredom!

I'm in an office on my own and I hate all my staff (I'm the boss  :o )

Temporary relief of boredom though, the Anal Contractors Organisation have replied to my email to tell me they sent my allocation letter yesterday. Still won't f**k*ng tell me what the allocation is though.

I'll have to wait to see which delightful immigrant the post office entrust with a half arsed delivery attempt some time in May.

Previous 4 hours now cut to 3 as wife is away for the night and pub attendance at 4pm has slipped into the equation.

Oh, and for all you people who work for someone else.

If your boss appears to be hard at work in his office he isn't. He's surfing the internet like me and probably looking at porn.

I have done my shopping and managed to find a "site visit" to do.... "site" being drivers seat of the Chavalier and "visit" being my local for a 4pm sherbert or 2.

My boss slid away at lunchtime, mumbling something about being out all afternoon and seeing us on monday... The joys of Local Authority work!!

So am I, and have been since 7am. 3 phone calls & 1 email received. Don't know what the bosses are doing as they at head office miles away. Nothing to look at outside, except for the mosque.

Just sat surfing & listening to music, waiting for more info so I can carry on working.

I've been bored stiff for the last few weeks now :(
