what car manufacture use to put these on their cars?

Due to the attempted use of a blocked image, that took over three minutes :o ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I'll give you a clue, its from the country to the East of where this chap comes from

Datsun Cherry Coupe, I had one given to me and the bloody local pikies nicked it off my drive.  I'll recognise him if I ever see him again, rubber hood and leather knickers.

Just under 10 min and correct - the good old Datsun.

Is it anything special?  I thought I'd have a look and found this http://www.kentspitfire.co.uk/  Its a rebuilt flyer, but why Kent?
