Hello from a newbie

Just a quick note to say hello.

This will be my 3rd year at Le Mans and I can’t wait. It really is habit forming.

There’s only 2 of us this year so we’ll be driving down in my Fiat Barchetta. The boot on the Barchetta is about the same size as a Mondeos glove box so it might be a bit of a tight squeeze with all the camping gear. Can anybody recommend a decent boot rack (is there such a thing)?

Saturday night at the Poo Bar sounds fun.

Welcome to the asylum Ottovan.

Looking forward to meeting you at the Poo Bar on the Saturday.

At my age, it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night!!!!!!!!!!!
Then, growing old is compulsary, but growing up is just optional.

I don't do GREEN, I've got a 4x4

Welcome!

You could try hiring a roof box  ;) Halfrauds might be able to help, or eBay?
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

You should see the boot space in my cobra   :'(

My trusted co-pilot, Dick, put a stainless steel boot rack on his TR6 for last years trip down.  It bolts through the boot though, so is pretty well permanent.

A quick Google brought along this http://www.roofrackshop.co.uk/boot/fiat-barchetta-boot-rack.htm
