Hi everyone
« on: June 06, 2008, 10:07:47 am »
How excited am I?!  :D This is my first post (which obviously is not particularly exciting :-[) but it is less than a week to go until I set of from Plymouth with my 2 intrepid companions. My excitement comes from the fact that one mate and I are both LM rookies. I kinda know what to expect but at the same time the ignorance is leaving me with that nervous excitement, is it really going to be as good as I think it is! My 2nd mate is a regular LM goer so at least I'll have my own personal guide. His enthusiasm is really infectious which is getting me psyched! Just downloaded the guide (on his suggestions) so looking forward to bunkering down and learning the ropes!
Hope to see you all there!
(Thanks for your patience in reading this waffle too!) :P

Welcome!!  :)

I'm sure you'll find the guide to be most useful. Even some of the old hands on here have found new information from it. (I hope you made a charitable donation??  ;))

Why not visit the Champagne Bar on Saturday night at 21:00 where a lot of the CA regulars will meet for a glass of bubbly and to catch up with old friends and put faces to new members!

I don't think anyone has been doing much work over the last few days, and it's getting less as each of us near our departure time ;D
Of course I buy green cars, my Aston is green, my MGB is green, my Disco Sport is green,  oh, that's not what you meant by green?
