On the Europa Corp site it has the Michel Vaillant movie down for "en salles le 19 Novembre 2003".  Just thought you'd like to know

Confirmed... I was at Spa this weekend and they were handing out info leaflets saying "19 november in de bioscoop" and "Le 19 novembre au cinema".
