Does anyone know if they will let us use generators on the campsite

According to the Rules I have just read for Whittlebury, it's no gennies after midnight.

But it was so cold after dark last year, all you have to do is leave the beer out in the wind, and it will be colder than any fridge. ;D

Tickets arrived in the post today!!!!

Also got, wait for it....Free Pug motorsport baseball cap vouchers, 1 per ticket

Biggest problem now is to get my girlfriend up and out of bed and in the car on a Sunday morning.

Does she fancy looking after the twins? If I go, so do they.I don't think a pair of 7 year olds will grasp the concept of a 1000k race, even with the promise of a baseball cap.

Going to buy my tickets when I get there.

Who is going to be there Friday, or is it better to turn up on Saturday.

Who's going on which day?

I think I will drive up to Silverstone on the saturdaymorning Mark, since friday I will be working till at least 1700 and probably I will have to be in for an hour or 2 on saturday morning as well (that is unconfirmed)

i don't think i will feel like driving south 3 hours to Basingstoke on the fridaynight I am afraid...

Pieter, Johan, QV and me are showing up on saturday, not sure whattime as we will be at the beerfestival in Hatch Warren fridaynight. Depends on the hangover what time we will be leaving there I guess. ;)

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

Plenty of the Peugeot tickets up for grabs on ebay at cheap prices at the moment, far cheaper than paying at the gate. Non are mine so not an advertisement , just some advice if you want to save money.

Be aware that the Peugeot tickets are only valid for the Sunday though and not the whole weekend!!

Im out. After the events of the weekend I don't think buggering off to watch a motor race will go down too well at home (or what's left of it). Mrs S is still very upset and, wellto be honest, it's kinda taken wind out of my sails too.

For the bigger children -
