How about a pair of Lady PP's knickers... she was used this weekend and had a decent flagpole installed.

Zoinks!!!! Poor old Claire. She always gets a rough deal  ;D

There can only be one pair of knickers for me, and a fitting tribute.....

Nice pants!
I response to all the previous replies, yes you will all be kept updated on progress once the works commence, I am sure that all the flags will be flying.... once we get a big enough pole and no... Trayboys sock will not be flying... its too soggy and would get stuck to the pole ;)

Rex,

I will donate my ceremonial Red Dragon.
At my age, it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night!!!!!!!!!!!
Then, growing old is compulsary, but growing up is just optional.

I don't do GREEN, I've got a 4x4

Yes, God rest her soul Rusty, and everything else.
In moments of caffeine induced twitchiness I often wonder where, and how, they buried her. There must be a headstone somewhere, in fact it's probably visible from Mars.
I'm a bit surprised at the French and their Health and Safety shennanigans about drivers and Hi-Vi vests. If everyone had a wear a pair of fluorescent knickers like these, they'd get a bit more respect I'd say.

I remember.... Its such a shame that the "real" funfair has gone. Finding strippers as a 15 year old nipper was a fantastic experience ;D

Yep, I recall the same, but at Wanstead Flats fair in the early 70s (and I think I would have been 13 or 14). For half a crown I watched a knife throwing act which culminated in a naked woman having large blades thrown at her - probably the first "real one" I'd seen....  >:D ::) >:D

First year I went to LM I walked past the Wall of Death, and thought I've never seen that before, but I'm to intrested in my first race to go, I'll do that next year.

Mistake.

The following year it had gone, together with the strippers and assorted other intresting attractions.

Experience it while you can, the first lesson of LM.

The LM Wall of Death was excellent Barry.

Motorcycles going around is chicken feed.  He fired up a VW Beetle buggy and drove that around!!  :o

Not saw the Wall of Death at Le Mans, but have seen one at Oulton Park years ago. The thing I remember is the whole structure shook when you stood on as they raced around the wooden slatted walls.

Mind you, wish I had seen these chaps.
