kart 24 hours
« on: August 14, 2003, 07:08:42 pm »
A number of years ago, there was a feature on Top Gear about a 24 hour kart race on the Prost kart track at Le Mans. As I remember it the deal was that you get a team together pay around £1000 and enter, they provide all the equipement. Anyone know know if they still do this? Ta. monkey

It looks utopic, but in a normal world, you'll just have to ask the organisation, which is THE ACO. Do you need their website adress ?  ;)

These are not ACO events.

There are several 24H kart races on the circuit du Alan Prost.

They usually cost about £1,500 per team.

You need at least 6 people in a team.

I did an RAC MSA EKI race there about 7 years ago.
Top fun but hard work...
