Yes. I have a site plan, but cannot open it. I will try and download some S/W as I would like to have a look before I pass it on.
I don't know what is required to post on here, so I will email the file to you for you to do the clever bit.

Ladies and Gents.
Tickets have now been issued and you will receive them in the next couple of days.
That is of course if we know where to send them. If anyone has not responded to the email requesting a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for, please do ASAP.

I will submit a site map showing your location ASAP.

Regards
Andy

Would be grateful if you could Andy.
Can't make head or tail of last years plan, doesn't match our ticket numbers.
Think we might have to do some swopsies.

Andy sent it to me via email - here's where I think it maps...

The yellow area is the CA section - the red blocks are my bookings.

In more detail... the black blocks on the vertical & horizontal are the Rang/Place numbers - apparently the actual numbers in the cells don't mean anything ( Undecided)

So all that said - anyone in the areas surrounding the red blocks, I'd be willing to swap with you if it could mean us end up with a contiguous section...

eg if you're in R22 P91/92 or R23 P91, how's about switching to R24 P79 etc... it'd be too much hassle to sort out on site, and too hard to coordinate a single group campsite with multiple driving lanes cutting through it :|

Thanks Ewan - for the sake of those who had my tickets - where do you think B13 Place 92 might be in relation to the above? (I was allocated B9 - B12, place 91 & 92 but flogged them all)

Barry

It works like co-ordinates.  To start, you are in Parcelle B which is obvious right?

Then, the larger numbers work the x-axis (left to right) and the smaller number the y-axis (top to bottom).  Ignore the numbers in the pitches themselves and refer to the black scale.  In this case your pitches look like they face each other across an access path and have the numbers 89 and 91 in them respectively (the 5th pitches up from the main red shaded blocks).

Smokie - you will be higher up (if you extend the y-axis in descending numbers) and further to the right in the same parcelle.  In this grid shown you are on the right hand most strip (the number in your pitch is actually 98).  Your sold pitches will be in a 2x3 rectangle above you.

For clarity, B1 would be the strip of pitches that run along the top of the picture.

Yeah, I can't see it working any other way.

I'm in Rang 1 so right up by the fence next to the airfield but further west in parcelle H.  Looking forward to seeing the marshalls try and control it if they've done a bunch of weird allocations.

OK, to ease some of the confusion, here's a pic with the correct numbers in the boxes... it just gets too confusing otherwise...

And well done Barry for starting up the Swap Shop thread - suggest we all use that to coordinate.

Spreadsheet map is attached below.
