I've just got back from MOTing the old girl. 

She passed with flying colours and I have to say, I don't know why I didn't convert from auto to manual box years ago.  The 10 mile drive through the countryside to the MOT man was an absolute blast

Well done Steve, I guess the beast wont be making the trip to the Historic Touring Car race at Snetterton today then. I had to go to Norwich on business on friday and dropped in for ten minutes to watch them practicing. Had a very pleasant chat with a guy who was giving his Super clean Galaxie 500 a first run out and happened to drop in. Looked to be a good meeting.
