Catalunya TV coverage

I see it's not on Motors - any idea if we're going to be able to watch this weekend and if so, where?  I can't find any info on the LMS website.

Only the start plus an update an hour or two in on Eurosport I'm afraid.

All a bit of a c0ck up by the LMS promotors I think!
Of course I buy green cars, my Aston is green, my MGB is green, my Disco Sport is green,  oh, that's not what you meant by green?

Funny because I thought the French and the Dutch got the same Eurosport broadcasts.  Although the link Christopher's posted says 45 mins there do in fact seem to be 3 separate bits of coverage here in frogland.

I thought so too Termie but apparently you guys get to see the LMS finish about 1 hour and afterwards F1 which we don't get here in Flatland on eurosport.

Deb - My link gives the three broadcasts on the day here in France:
11:15  - 45 mins
12:45 - 30 mins
17:00 - 60 mins
Pretty much crap coverage, but at least it's live.

Eurosport is linked with TF1 here in France, so they'll also be busy re-showing F1 on Sunday.

Next year I'll get myself sorted for a Beauvais-Girona flight nice and early in the year and catch the whole race live, plus some Spanish food and wine.
Clean forgot this year until too late.

Lucky b*st*rd.  Me I'm not flying anywhere at present and have been knocked over by some mystery virus this week to boot.  A bit of - even crap - LMS coverage should cheer me up.  St Pete's too of course.

In the end we had better coverage than promised, but that's Eurosport for you. Great race throughout and a great result for Aston Martin and Dave Richards, if slightly lucky.
Very few spectators, despite entry costing just €15.
Must plan better for next year.

It will be good if LM produces such a mix of marques through every class as this did, along with such close racing.  Can't wait to see some of these cars up close at the end of the month. :)

The circuit website even had a voucher you print off and send to everyone so they could get in for free!

I was dissapointed with the numbers of spectators I suspect less then 15,000. Monza last year was packed.
The circuit could do a lot more to help, just like Silverstone it is really only there for the F1. The grandstands were all there but only a few were open.

The race certainly made up for it (expect hours 3-4) close racing and a great result!

On the Eurosport highlights package they mention 25,000 spectators ::)
