Fantastic photos and it looks like you can actually get close to the cars.
Don't they have a 917?

The old musee had a certain Gallic charm.
Hope they haven't ruined it.
Will have to visit again to check it out

On the pictures it looks excellent - thanks for posting them. Was there 3 years ago and I think it's worth another visit now.

That would be a worthy place for the Zarse Commer - BTW what happened to it?

I wonder if it has the one improvement that many asked for - Air Con!

I'm sure it had aircon the last time I visited in the scorching 2006, might have been 2005.

It's never had it the times we've been.
The last time was the 100th anniversary exhibition, people were passing out from the heat...

I recall it had a lack of race cars in the past seems to have rectified that. As Barry said i hope it has not lost it's charm. I too will make the effort to visit this year. Hope they still offer the discount to GE ticket holders.

If the charm part was the old workshop, yes, that has gone, but it is more professional and polished and a better selection of cars in my book. There used to be some right rubbish in amongst the odd diamond or two. Much more emphasis on Le Mans than just a hotch potch. Didn't notice a 917 but it was a hurried visit so excuse me if I missed it.

They had a 917 Langheck in Martini livery when I was there in 2006 - and Air-conditioning too.

Glad to know I'm not totally senile.
Thinking about it we last visited in 2005, the really scorchio year, and it was lovely and cool in there. Cool
