Bl**dy lovely colour

Same again for September, not bringing her?

I'm not sure yet. I still need to confirm with JMW wether i'm still needed or not. It hight be getting a bit cool for a pop up tent in late september so it might be Hotel Vito getting the call up

Better start working on the Vito now then, not last minute :)

Vito hasn't had a spanner on it for a couple of years now, shes running great!

Are you playing out in September Marty?

Unfortunately not. We expect to be in Greece to make up for our May holiday. Shame though because I would have loved to have seen your Cobra.

It say's new toilets as well. Don't say they are going to knock down the old pee against the wall and wash your hands in the trough at the top ones.

I remember the first time I went in '85 on one of the sites there was this big roundish building with showers and sinks inside, all cold water! and urinals all around the outside just screwed to the wall.

Good choice on the colour.

It would seem this idea originated with Dr Don Panoz a number of years ago. He even offered to pay for it.

Like Barry I suspect it will be chaos. As there are always a few diots that can not follow the one side going other coming back of the pedestrian walkways I doubt they will be willing to climb the stairs to use the bridge.

Phil

Hi Phil, it's been a while, hope all is okay. Going through my photo library yesterday, as we are locked down, and came across some Sebring pictures, sad to see Pidge - but great memories, especially when we had that freak rainstorm/tornado he was a really great guy. You take care.

Looks great mate, what colour are you going to paint it and what size brush or will you use a roller? :) Post a finished picture.

General Discussion / Marshalling at LM24
February 10, 2019, 05:27:54 PM
Hi Guys, I have been asked if anyone can help with a query about marshaling at Le Mans. The brother of a friend does a lot of marshaling and would like to do Le Mans, he has been in touch but they tell him there is only a form in French, which I suppose you can understand. Does anyone know differently or can help with any info as to how it all works, is there a waiting list, can it be done through a UK organisation etc.

Thanks
Martini

As posted on the FB page:
Such a shame, have very fond memories of staying at his site on three occasions. Great wit and charm to go with it, I am sure he will be sadly missed but a lot of people. It really was a pleasure to know him. RIP Pidge

I would like to add after thinking about my visits how kind I remember him being, nothing was too much trouble. I also remember him being very kind to the family that lived in the rented lorry for the weekend, the husband used to get pixxed and watched basketball all the time on their tv. A lot of humour, a lot of breakfast and a lot of fun, again RIP Pidge.

Thanks for letting us know Chris.

Years since I have been so help please!

Best directions from BN? Up the pit straight, down to Tetre Rouge, under via the tunnel, can you still get out that way? Or in via Houx, into the annex and then where?

Drop in to Houx to see us happy campers and we'll wander there for the Moose Meet.
Can I have a piggyback please, I will bring my OAP pass :)
