Staying @ Hotel de France @ La Chartre-sur-le Loir. I'd recommend a visit there if you get the opportunity. For those that aren't aware of the history, take a look online.... (I have no affiliation with them, apart from being a guest there for the last few years). Always something interesting to see 👍

I plan to pop out there on Friday  if I don't see you then I'm sure we will bump in to you in T18.

Tom, don't bother, its waste of time and your petrol,  nothing to see or do down there > ;)

Werner,

It is a new campsite for 2024.

Currently an astro turf and grass football pitch, there is some grass land behind it the sports venue which could be the area they will be using.

Lorry,

from the Houx entrance, walk into teh campsite and head to the permanent Shower and WC block, from there there is a back gate where you can walk through and follow the fence line on your right to the Bugatti bridge. This talks you to the carpark next to the visitor medical centre and the  back of the paddock. Alternatively, from the entrance to houx and houx annex, follow the service road from Chem aux Bouefs towards the Bugatti, Turn left and follow the tarmac road with the backing on your right to the bridge and cross.

PM me and I will send a map you you:)

It was great to be back in Houx with DFH, Ewan, Steve and the rest of the gang. The newbies seemed to enjoy themselves. Great to spend time with everyone and plenty of great moments.

See you all in 2023 for the anniversary madness.

Bit of a long shot, maybe, but..........

Anyone have info. on queuing times, at either Newhaven (to get on) and Dieppe (to get off)?

I've tried asking the ferry co but their responses either refer to Dover - which is no f*@7ing use, or the standard wording on their website and to 'allow extra time'  ::)

I am travelling on the DFDS from Newhaven on Tuesday afternoon so will post up. in 2019 it took a couple of hours to get on the Ferry at Newhaven but seem pretty quick getting off, 30minutes or so.

Lorry - that reminds me of the many times my mate Mark and I set off from Maison Blanche to visit the museum in the days before the action. Every time we went to do it there was always some distraction (often the Liverpool Boys, but there were others) that conspired to prevent our mission. We never made it, despite trying.

 ;D Haha  ;D
26 years, I have been trying to get to that bleeding Museum!

You've been missing the air conditioned WC's, normally a small Q and also clean ;D

25 yea I’ll leave it at that.i enjoyed the video thanks.are frikadelli like beir rocks? Looks like great fun not too buisy.i need to know what beer they have on the circuit or is it like catalunya and dry.god forbid.no Germany is more civilized.

There were strict limits on spectators this year at the ring. That's why it look very civilised. Normally there are some big groups playing thrash metal the whole week in the run up to the race, lots of stages set up in the campsites and permanent bonfires going......just ask Steve about bonfires  >:D

26-29th May 2022. 50th anniversary. Always wanted to go,does anyone have the knowledge on the Nürburgring? I’m betting Kristoff could be the man on this.any info greatly appreciated. Will it snow?

Steve Pyro went to watch the 24hours +10 years ago, Kev Mk3 is a frequent visitor to the ring for TF and track days, they'll be able assist.

I understand you can have all 4 seasons in 1 lap at the ring.

From the drivers POV, racing a Dacia in the 24hours 2021.
