Mr RS2, you do know Robbo only has medium left, sounding better all the time.
Brian.

Brian.

I only have Medium left as there have been further issues with Payments

I will wait until later ( start of May ) to see if payment is forth coming.

Please no joking about payment ideas. I am a little PISSED off now.

Robbo, I was not having a go at you mate, my statement that you only had medium T's left was directed towards the size of the ladies Mr RS2 was enquiring about.
I have stated before that it is sh*t that the people that order and do not pay up, know full well that it may leave you out of pocket.
This then puts people off from performing any other great projects like you have just done.
So to all that read this who owe money pay the man.
On a more cheerful note if you do have a medium left I will take one off you.
Take care.
Brian.

Brian -

I will let you know.

As a matter, should anyone want something next year, i would happily offer my services, but a few people would have to pay up way before i ordered.

I will give this person the benefit of the doubt at the moment.

I havent had the "pleasure" of paula yet and wouldnt want to embarress the poor lass.

The last thing she needs is a horny late 20' male fitting a shirt to her !!!

But if asked nicely !!! ;)

I think it's up to us to thank you, Robbo.

Indeed.

Just out of interest - like others we have had additional printing done on ours, courtesy of a local T shirt printers. They managed to mis-spell a name, thereby f*cking up an already fairly unique shirt. They offered to replace it by copying the whole design - the end result being not too bad but with some minor colour variation.

We therefore have the first counterfeit CA 'T' shirt  :)

That's pretty good service.
For the 20 t-shirts I had customised with our design, I had to sign a disclaimer in case they spilt ink over the CA t-shirts.

Yes - I thought so too. I think they had a similar discliamer about making mistakes (these are the heat transfer people rather than ink printers mind) but the poor sod who got the spelling wrong had already made the offer to replace, and I had of course accepted it.

Took a couple of weeks but a reasonable job. I was told by the operative concerned that he was close to getting the sack for making the offer as it was not company policy. I think that a little more apologising when things go wrong and making the effort to make amends goes a long way. I would certainly use them again so it cannot be TOO bad for business eh?

It's nice to hear stories like this where customer service comes through. Too often we only hear about bad experiences.  :)

It may worth expressing your sentiments re: level of service and therefore repeat business in the future to the management there. As least it may help secure the guys job a little more!!   :)
