Thanks again very much, Robbo. I received the shirts last week while I was away. The FOS sticker is in the back of the car and hopefully will attract some GHermans.  ;D

And if other years are to go by, quite a few of the wearers will be from Liverpool, can't wait, I can feel the 100 day count down comin on quite quickly.

Murky Buckets.

Got it Thursday and had an impromtu fashion parade for the Mrs and the kids and the cats.  They were all suitably impressed.

Has anyone had any experience / success / comments about those print-on / iron-on sheets you can get from PC World etc?

I want to 'customise' our CA t-shirts with our club LM logo (about 4" square) and don't particularly want to f**k up a damn good t-shirt.

Ta very muchly.

STEVE

DO NOT DO IT.

My football club tried it in 2002 for a tour and most looked crap after they were ironed on.
The colours dont come out and they looked shocking.

You will ruin the shirts. -

Try finding a T shirt printer , they are popping up in town centres now and will do the business for you , although maybe a little more £££ than you had hoped to pay.

If in doubt , i can ask my friend !!!!

Yes Steve, we use them every year for the official Commer poster/teeshirt.

Generally they are pretty good. They're relatively cheap and easy to produce with a little practice. Get the iron really hot and press down hard!. You should be able to but some cheap white tees for a couple of quid. No point getting expensive ones as the longevity is poor and they are pretty screwed after the sixth trip round the washing machine.

Certainly good enough for Le mans.
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

I have used these for many years but be aware that they make the area on the T-Shirt considerably thicker. This means that you will sweat more if the picture is large and they are not very flexible.
Make sure that you print them weeks before le mans so as to give yourself more time to get professional ones done.

See you out in Londinium again soon
