New Year's Resolutions
« on: December 29, 2003, 06:06:10 pm »
So, what resolutions will you all be making on Wednesday night?

Nothing that will spoil your enjoyment of June I trust...

FWIW, I'm considering the usual ones - trying to i) stop smoking and ii) lose some weight.

But I am not going to make either a resolution as I've never managed to keep one yet...

1) Stop buying any more Xmas tree lights for the base camp (I have 6000 or so)...even though they are half price in B&Q.
2) Ditto Smokie - lose a couple of stone
3) Learn how to cook, so I can impress "Chef" on the odd occasion...
4) Always drive at the appropriate speed limit
5) Admit to myself that Philippa Forrester is out of my league!

1.  Drive more sensibly and considerately.
2.  Run the full length of the Twickenham pitch wearing only a smile.

(may have a problem with the second one ................ come to think of it, also the first one)

I think I'll try the following:

1 ] Drink more beer

2 ] Smoke more fags

3 ] Eat more food

4 ] Shag more wimmin

5 ] Get more points on my licence

6 ] Make more money ( necessary for all of the above ) or win the lottery (ha)

7] Have more fun at Le Mans

I've tried all other routes and none have been successful, so I'll put a positive angle on this year rather than trying to decieve myself. Self control has never been my strong point.

Happy New Year 'all

I resolve never to make any more resolutions.

It's never worked in the past so I can't see the point anymore.

Happy New Year All  ;D

Toad, I am very disappointed in you. Have you not seen what a big fat monster Philippa has now turned into these days? She must be at least a 14 stoner!

I must agree with Zarse - I think she's a bit of a minger

Gents

I fully appreciate she's gone a bit saggy of late, but she was once a dream date...

Just to rub salt into my wounds, Mr Disco was at a party (with his ex) a couple of years ago when he met someone who worked "with" Phillipa (agent or something?) - anyway, every time Mrs Disco leaves him and he's without company, he gets out a personally signed Phillipa picture out from his bedside drawer!! I've tried to buy this from him, but no joy to date.
