I remember in the 70's, when I lived in Luton, Led Zeppelin were playing an open air gig at Knebworth Park - at least 20 miles away.

Admitedly the wind was blowing our way, but you could here the music - now that's loud!

Don't know what they are moaning about. I live next to a great and very noisy race track myself, every year for a few days, never caused me any problems....

Perhaps the people complaining would be happier if the circuit was redeveloped, and about 3000 houses were built there. Imagine the sunday lawn mower noise!
