Ok, spoke to the printers.

If Paddy can send me a high resolution file, either Jpeg or ??? then she can make up the screen.

ITs £10 per new screen plus vat and for up to 50 shirts, £6.50 plus vat each.

For over 100 its £5 plus vat.

We can get a value weight shift ( ie really thin ) thats cheaper.

Just let me know ?

We may have to worry about the camp permits later ( bloominACO ! )

Excellent work my man! 8)
I wouldn't mind if the weight of the shirt was heavier, but will go with the masses.
What I can do is make a .pdf-file (acrobat reader, good enough) and send it to you.
I'll work on a new layout tomorrow in the office.
What I need is the maximum size to work in.

The list so far>>
Team Zarse
Bobblehat Racing
Team JPC
Liverpool Boys
Porsche Curve Pirates
Kent Kanterbräu
Team Beermountain
Drinking for Holland
the Brethren
Rhino Racing
SelfPreservationSociety
LeMansZone
Popemobile
Pantyspider Tours
smithytours
East Anglian Cobras
Team Catchpole
Booze 'n Tabs
Sebring Turn 10
Gulp Racing
Flying Pig Racing

PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY DOUBLECHECK LIST!!

all these to go on this>>

I vote for the heavier weight t shirt too - more durable and capable of withstanding a high speed run in an open top car  ;D

I'm with Mr Brown, also, being a heavier weight of material it will withstand more washes to get the stains out of 8)

I would prefer the heavy weight shirt too.

Paddy could you add 'Team Nordic 1980-2006' as well if possible?

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better.

And Team Martini and the Lamb BBQ Gang Next to Nordic And his Gang on a Sunny Day in June, Only Joking but I would like one or two, (about time too), will there be room for personalisation on the back?
Would prefer heavier weight with more room at the front! No six pack when a keg will do.

Martini...any time any place any shirt

paddy

the printer lay asked for a high resolution jpeg, so i have no idea what the difference is with the PDF ??

If there is anyone techy, please say now, and help me out.

The maximim width for the screen is the sie of the union jack on my firms shirts, which means :

Height : 40 cms
Width 30 cms.

These sizes maybe a struggle with the small shirts...

If people could put an idea of how many shirts they would want it will asist me with the final cost. I have to order as many as poss to get the prices down.

High-res jpeg is probably good enough, even though it's gonna be a larger file than a PDF.
PDF is more for printing-shops. It's a free programme by Adobe (well, the reader-version is), and exchangable with programmes like Illustrator and Photoshop.
Building up the backprint in jpeg will make life easier for me though, will save me some time re-digitizing some logos :)

That confirms what I suggested earlier. Good format to work on.

Last two questions:
  • I think we have to work carefully on that list of teams, are there teams to delete from list? Are there still teams to add? Can smokie or Amazing help me with the Turn10-logo?
  • What's my deadline? I understood some people would like their shirt before Sebring if poss, that's March 18.
Making a deadline for the final version of the backpatch means there has to be a deadline (an earlier one!) for the team-list. :)

2 x XXL for me please, heabyweight. In time for Sebring would be great, I'm sure we will be able to deliver a number by hand...

Turn 10 must have some official artwork for the car stickers and key fobs. If Randy can't produce, I may be able to knock up a good replica...

I'd like to add the YFDS (yourfavoritedriversucks.com) Logo, please.

Just let me know where to send the artwork and the bribe.
