A leather glove and a stiff broom.
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

Although I'm not going to make it this year, I have a suggestion.

How about somebody taking some name stickers (Hello My Name is)  to put on your CA shirt for the Poo Bar event.  Everyone should put their CA name on the sticker for easy identification.  I know some of you don't want to be ID'd and many of you already know each other.  BUT for newbies and folks like my self who only know a few of you face to face, it would have been very helpful for me to recognize folks by their "handle" (CB talk for those of you who might have done that in the past).   There are some folks that I would really have liked to put a face to the name I see in the postings.  Just a thought for whatever it's worth.

Good idea - I seem to remember Martini had put together a sheet of labels that could be printed on normal A4 sheets of lables?

In proper motorsports tradition I will obviously have a Tank tape badge with my name on! Maybe some cable ties too!

Every thought of of taking a cash till, Your taking more stock than my local shop!

Still good to know its all just a short walk away.

If you remember I forgot the Mayo last year to mix with the mustard as a dressing for the potato salad.

Yo didn't have any either.

We did'nt have much of anything if I remember rightly and where amazed and a bit jealous of the delights being prepared by your good self!

But we did have a puncture repair kit to seal holes in air beds which came in useful.
Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better.

The puncture kit was really appreciated and it worked. But I did let you smell my beautifully marinated  BBQ leg of Lamb (compliments of Rick Stein, take it frozen it is excellent)

Will do the lamb again, this year, not sure about the lemon chiicken but will certainly do a Spag Bol ( I cook it at home and it takes me 1 1/2 hours... beautiful)

I am having t read this twice as I have just come back from my club toooooo many Smirnoff's

I must remember this year to pack the tent pegs!!!!

Mind you it is a good excuse to visit fellow members and have a few beers while you discuss where to get 48 tent pags from.

I must thank Brian of the Liverpool boys for their sensible advice last year,on where to buy the said items.

With the above problem we did manage to put up the tent with the few pegs we had from the gazebo an attached the gazebo to the wind break with gaffer tape.....problem solved!!!!

After my first trip in 2003, I now remember to take spare wheel nuts. No idea where I managed to lose one on the way down!
I've come to believe that Le Mans is the centre of the universe.

And some string to loop through the toilet roll so you can hang it round your neck when you use the squat loos.
Never argue with an idiot, they'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Jeez, they don't still have those in the 21st century, do they?

I mean, I know they promote the most anatomically correct posture for taking a dump, but surely things have progressed to a water closet?
