Got my ticket through today. Only number 255? Not exactly a mad scramble for tickets, something to do with it being a bank holiday perhaps.  Still who cares we will have a great time

Anyone know what leet means under my posts?

Must be sending them out at a rate of 12 a day.  Mine was No 150 received 8 days ago.  Should be plenty of viewing space!!

Looks to me like it is only the 24 hours that is full and not Donnington. May be wrong?

Hi all,

Rumours of us reaching capacity for Speed Chills Bar & Grill at Donington are unfounded. We still have capacity.

We have draught lager from the Cotswold Brewing Company and ales from the Ridgeway Brewery.

We will have the quiz (Rich - the boys and girls from the KK who 'won' at Le Mans cannot enter as it is largely the same one!). This will be on Saturday evening after the (unconfirmed) Creation driver visit.

I've seen the menu and it looks great with veggie option too. Homemade chilli and rice on the Saturday evening is £4.95 and a bacon and egg breakfast bap is £3.50 (I think). So simple, but good quality and freshly prepared.

Cheers,

Neil

You haven't seen our disguises though! ;)

We figured that'd be the case, we'll be sat in the corner keeping quiet then. :(

Must remember to shave and take my sunglasses of then!!  ;)

Worrying thing is that I can remember most of the questions - if not the answers...

Ticket numbers now up to 1015

I've sorted the camping out, but not the entry tickets yet, I might outsource that to MarkB. :)

Rich - don't forget to get your tickets in advance as I don't think you can get weekend ones for £25 on the gate - check 'cos I might be wrong.

Neil, are you doing food on Sunday night?

I'm afraid we are not open on the Sunday evening - a combination of low numbers of people around and prior commitments for the Speed Chills team (I'll be in Portugal by then for starters!). I have a meeting with the hotel next weekend and will see what arrangements they can make to 'feed and water' people staying on Sunday. More news to come!!!
