FYI - Hertz is now showing Shelby Mustangs available at MCO from the 14th-18th.  $123/day, though.  Shocked

Use your American Express card and get a minivan for $45.99/day at select Florida and California Thrifty locations. Use promotion code AX07. Advance reservation required. Blackout dates include 2/7/07- 2/18/07, 3/28/07- 4/7/07, 5/24/07- 5/26/07. Valid through 5/31/07.

This is valid in Orlando and is a great deal if you need a minivan.  I cancelled an existing reservation to book this one.  The only drawback is that the Thrifty car pickup requires a shuttle ride from the terminal.

Rollox, I haven't got an Amex card any more. I wonder if Rick has?

Interesting twist for me, my regular schedule is going to be Tues-Sat, HOWEVER! During my training I'm working Mon-Fri.
If the week before Sebring is a Mon-Fri schedule for me, as soon as I'm off work Friday afternoon, I'm loading the car and heading for Florida. I won't know until the Friday before Sebring week, but I've got fingers crossed, I haven't missed a Twelve Hours in almost a decade and I don't want to miss this one.

Thanks guys, hope I can pull this off.  Good idea to have the car pre-loaded (with plenty of Guinness as well).
If I can get Saturday off, I figure if I hit the bricks by noon on Friday I should roll in a little after midnight.
