Gulf one is great - really looks like something now!

Prefer the Gulf version as well.
Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better.

Rusty,
I think they all look great especially in the Gulf colours, although i like the Blue too.
My only slight criticism (there's always one, isn't there).
The speed lines running off the back wheel make it look like it is running on it's rims. ie no rear tyre.

I will now get my coat.

What !!! They didn't have run flat tyres??
Not a problem, I'll have a look at it.

Now I do like the coloured one as well.

Just a word of warning though - that would be 2 extra colours, and would make the T shirts an extra pound each.  Don't forget I had pegged the price at the same level as the past 3 or 4 years, and there wasn't much leeway in that price for additional printing costs.

The extra pound doesn't concern me - I will still go for the gulf-coloured one.  I am more concerned with collecting the extra from those that have already paid (with the exception of a few who paid me too much anyway).  I have already let a few underpayers (forgot to add Paypal fee or P&P) slip through on the understanding that they re-imburse me at LM.

Personally, Del, I think £10 is very cheap in this day and age - but I take your point about collecting the extra quid.  I can say this of course, I was too dim to read the original post and sent too much anyway!

Gulf colours lift it from good to excellent IMHO.

Suggest easiest way to pay difference is just to shove a pound coin, or whatever the difference, in an envelope, and post it to Del. Royal Mail actually still works quite well in this electronic age. :)

Del,

As for payment I have already mispaid by being £4 short, now if the shirts are £1 more then I will owe you £8 plus paypal charges. This is far more sensible for me to pay then just the £4.

My advice is that with the increase in shirt costs it is infact easier to collect surplus funds.

Can I take it, then, that the Gulf-coloured design is the winner??

Do we need another poll??

I would suggest you crack on with the Gulf colours design Del.

If we have anymore polls, we will need to form a focus group to design the new poll  ;)

Is there any likelihood that there will be completed shirts prior to Sebring?

If there is, then it would be better for both thee and me, if you posted mine to my mate in the UK who's coming with us.  Let me know and I'll pm you the address.

Del, who requires the layered artwork for that, you or Paddy ?

I can send it directly to the printers via ftp if required but it would be good to find out the exact size, res and format they require. Pantone colour spec would need to be sorted for the pale blue and orange and you could also print the black line art in a dark blue too if you prefer. I don't hold the type artwork for the Club Arnage url but if someone could send me that I can include it on the finished artwork.

Off to the pub, speak later.

Rusty

Let me know and I'll sort it later on tonite or tomorrow morning.

Errrr....., I didn't really understand a lot of what you wrote, but I'm sure you and the printer does. :D

Send them to Paddy - shirts are being printed in NL.

It's what I'm aiming for - to get the shirts printed and shipped prior to Sebring.

What's the earliest date people are flying out??

And who is going (those that want T shirts, that is).  I recall these:

Steve Brown
Termie
DfH (x6?)
JPC
Rick Cutler
Smokie
gab
Martini
Doris
Nobby Diesel

As the shirts are being printed in Holland via Paddy, would it be a good idea if Paddy takes the shirts for the above direct to Sebring??  If time is tight, this would save the worry of using snail-mail to various parts of the country.

From my point of view that sounds good to me Del.
I fly on Wednesday 14th March, others earlier (around 10th)
