I thought I would log in and say hello Grin

I normall frequent beermountain and have been lurking for some time but its time to join the mad house Grin

I will be my third year this June with our group and will be enjoying the lush pastures of MB again! (duck for cover)

This year advanced party (me, Stan and Ivan) will set up in on Wednesday luch time with the rest flying in on Friday/Saturday dependant on the landing slots at LM airport.

Unfortunately Simon W will not be attending as first born will be arriving around the race dates.

Hi Jules and welcome.

As a fellow MB'er you are welcome - I'll leave the inter campsite abuse for others who frequent other campsites  Wink

Bad planning from the expectant father - has he not worked out what causes that and made sure his planning is better?! Grin

At the moment Steve, everywhere in the Sarthe (more like the Somme) is lush.  It has p*ddled down every day for the last month.  Roll on Florida. Cool

Thanks for the Welcome,

So if it's p*ddling down at the moment will that mean pools will be ok in June???

Lorry: it's not that posh, 20 yr old elastic band cessna, landing fees at LM very reasonable, bit more than  the tolls too and from Calais, ok fuels a bit more, but after the race its back to blighty for tea and crumpets. Gives us chance to finish off the beer and scran in MB Wink

I think that the ACO are just going to have a major clamp down on pools full stop.  They have to pay for all the water (and my, it's expensive here) and I don't think they like the look of the bills.  The drought won't be an excuse but I'll bet they won't be allowed again.
