Cool. Well would it be an idea to keep the group together and all stay on site? We can make our own entertainment- a toned down version of LM with respect for the younger brethen?
We are bringing a BBQ, meat galore, a marquee, music, a football etc. and a Freezer so there will be plenty of cold ones on site.
 What do you all think?

Sounds like a good plan.  At least I'll be able to smoke!!

Yes please- in a rather optimistic size M ;D

Double XX-L, don't know if we have any left? Think they were all sold to the English ;D

good Idea to stay on the campsite, I do not feel like walking back from a pub when I'm absolutely wasted ;D

It is going to be good fun, hope the weather is pleasant as well

Does anybody know whether there's going to be anywhere local (pub/onsite bar etc) to the campsite to where interested parties can possibly watch the England V S.Africa rugby on the Friday night...

I don't know what they have onsite at Whittlebury but other than that there isn't really anything that's within walking distance of the circuit or the campsite.

You're better off planning on campsite entertainment  ;D

My ticket has arrived from Silverstone.  Still no reply from Whittlebury yet (posted my cheque a couple of weeks ago).

Apart from a tent and gazebo, I'm a bit bereft of normal camp cooking type facilities.  Can a cadge a bit of heat from anybodies burner to cook my tartiflete?
