Dilemma
« on: June 07, 2007, 06:28:05 pm »
A customer of mine turned up at my office today for a meeting. He normally bombs about the country in a Bentley Continental GT but today turned up in a DB9.
"Let's have a butchers at the new motor then" says I.
"Take it for a spin" says he.

He proceeds to hand me the keys and says that he'll make himself a cuppa while I have a pootle about the area. 20 minutes later I came back with the biggest grin I've had in years. Awesome!

When I asked him about the Bentley he told me that he's keeping it for a weekend car!!!!!!

Jokingly I said - "any chance of borrowing it for Le Mans?"

He said yes - he bloody said yes.

Shall I????????????
I tested negative for patience.

You have to ask?  I'd say yes, just make sure you have adequate insurance and breakdown cover and you're laughing.

Surely you've been conned. If the Bentley is the weekend car then the DB9 should be available for Le Mans?

That's not a dilemma.

A dilemma is a situation where you don't know what to do  ;D
