Hmm.  I don't mind the car but personally am not mad about the logo on its own - it's a bit of a direct association between CA and Aston Martin.  Anniversary apart, what's our connection with them?  However, as said above, I would buy the t-shirt anyway but I'm not sure I'd want to wear it much.

I'd prefer cars to the wings....I love the idea of an old Aston and a new Aston bursting out of the track...way beyond my technological abilities though!!

Lets have the DN9R chasing the DBR1 whilst overtaking a Blower Bentley at White House whilst all three pursue the Commer bursting out of the circuit plan. I love it!!
Holy s**t, I'm worn out just reading that, let alone working out how someone would draw/design it  :o :o ;D

Friday night thought for the shirt design....
A. Dunlop Bridge with Commer in centre of track with '59 & '08 either side but behind the pace.
B. Mulsanne, over the hump, Commer with wheels off the ground with the above Astons either side.
C. Commer as pace car using a previously published image of the field but photoshopped...

What a load of rubbish... but hey.. thats Friday nite!! hehe

The top of this is different to last years so someone else must have produced the artwork.

That's starting to look good Del, but what on earth has happened between Mulsanne and Indianpolis? Another attempt by the ACO to slow the cars down?

Looks good Del.

However, it should be 1959 - 2009

Didn't look at that, Bob - I just took Martini's circuit outline as a start point.

This is only a starter anyway - just to get a principle.  The cars would have to be 'block' colours or line drawings (like the GT40 a couple of years ago, and my own lack of software (and ability!!) prevents me from doing more.  Waiting for someone like Rusty to pick it up   ;) ;)

You are, of course, correct, Steve.  I originally entered the dates on two lines with the correct dates - but obviously got it wrong when editing it.

Will be better to have 007 on the DBR9, and the DBR1 should be no. 5

Hi
You need to remember the colour restrictions.

Excellent draft, Del!
