Have you been advise what the level of blame is ?
Most accidents are rarely 100% blame . . . but if a criminal case is brought, this will assist greatly for you.
The advise you should be given MUST be all directed from your solicitor. Of which - Are they your choice, or allocated from the insurance company ?
I personally would have to be instructed NOT to work and would do as much as possible to keep my own business going, thus showing you are trying to return to your life.
I'd consider speaking with the DSS and their medical staff, as your going down the disability road, and not being able to work.
Are you able to move solicitors firm ? I know a VERY good company that we use at work and who represented me.( my brother does this line of work, i'll get his work e-mail to you - it may help )
If your trading well again, keep with it, and hire in labour to assist you - if you can. I dont know what minimum wage is, but people are looking for jobs, and there aren't that many out there at the moment.

BF have just changed their ships around. They have taken on teh Portsmouth - Bilbao route and using the same ship that was doing the Cherbourg sailing - Cap Finisite. Maybe thats why.
I use LD a few times a year for bike trips and have found as they are getting bigger the prices are coming more in line with Brittany Ferries now.

Training has improved this week, 4.5 miles in 32 mins . . . I also learnt that great training technique is going backwards ( seriously ) but thats 1. hard 2.you look stupid 3. you fall over
Seriously. A massive thanks to those whove been very generous in supporting Petes charity.

I recorded the race, then thought bad taste to watch it, so i havent seen the whole thing.
My point reminded me that lately a very ill person was literally scooped into an ambulance within minutes, no stabilising as the injuries were very bad. I didnt realise the race continued, i presumed it was red flagged.

Thanks for putting me straight geoff. When i worked for P&O it was a 2 week window unless you had a block booking like the major freight forwarders and shipping agents have . I read the Ld stuff on Wikipedia the other day, so was spreading the news. I know Wiki can be wrong at times.

The LD serice via Dieppe is also run for Trnasmanche, which is run bythe local french government ( at the moment ) so it will need to stay. I believe LD signed a 5 year deal to run the subsidised service for the french. P&O are just about to bring on a new ferry - http://www.onenewera.co.uk/ is the micro site, but basicaly, its huge - The Spirit of Britain. I wouldnt worry about space if you book early. Freight company's usually only get 2 weeks before to book.

Some of the bike racers think the racing is now too safe !! - Casey Stoner i believe .
I was watching the race, Moto 2 is very close and they are all desperate to win.
As for the strecher, sometimes you just need to get people of to hospital before stabilizing them, especially when their injuries are that bad.

Portsmouth is a lovely Island, where all the locals will make you very welcome . . .
Fareham, where your staying, and Gosport where your training, are different places.
Bradley used to come to Portsmouth, but he upset the locals with fighting talk about football games, Reading vs Pompey and all that. And ironically, both teams are shhiity.
Maybe once your here - you staying at the weekends ?
We should do a curry night.
I no longer live in Pompey, i live in the Meon Valley ( 10 miles away ) but i do work in the area, now known as
The Peoples Republic Of Portsea Island !!

Club Arnage / General Discussion / Great South Run 24th October 2010

Red and White Appeal. I have enlisted to run the great south run with my brother and sister in October 2010. 14 years ago ( when i was a much younger lad ) i lost my mother to cancer, and only yesterday a close friend lost his father to the disease. We all know the true sucess of Mr Ferrari Spider, we are running for the charity that helped him along. I am asking for donations, but was looking for just £1 from anyone and hopefully everyone i have met, spoken to and enjoyed a beer with at Le Mans over the past 10 years. I am looking at a time of 90 mins for the 10 miles, but may need to lose some weight to go quicker. Anyone who wants to supply a bet type of donation, i could be open to suggestions. The link is http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/robertsonsPlease could this be stickied to the top of the charts for the next 78 days.(until 25th Otober.) Many thanks for your time Robbo
