Folks

I need to know the days (or, more accurately, the nights) that you are staying.  Also if you need electric hook-up.

Don't forget this is a regular camp site and is open not just for the event.  Also don't forget that Monday is a bank hol, so you may want to stop over the Sunday night as well.

When we get more idea of the numbers, we might consider block-booking the tents, vans and gazebos; divide the total by the number of people and pay that way - that means the cost of any 'communal' equipment is shared by all.

I'll probably be going on the thursday, and stopping till tuesday - I will then pay for the extra nights separately (I'll also have 2 dogs and Mrs D).

Drinking for Holland will be there. Friday afternoon to Monday morning.
Aprox. 12 persons, one campervan and probably 5 tents and a Gazebo.
Electric hookup please. Can wire money through PayPal if needed.

2 nights for me Sat/Sun I don't fancy the delights of the M1 or M40 after work on Friday, but be prepared for a wake up call sparrow fart on Saturday.

I don't need electric hook up, I can maybe plug a fridge in with someone who has.  Does this mean that those that do need it and those that don't will be seperate?

It's looking more and more likely that we'll have to be at Brands for this weekend and even if we do make it we won't be camping  :(

I'd check with the campsite if they allow Gazebos - many "normal" campsites now ban them due to people turning up with the cheap ones that take off at the slightest gust of wind!

Seems I've been landed with the 'organiser' mantle for this.  Ordinarily, I wouldn't have a problem with that, but I am going to be out of the game for a few days, starting tomorrow, and I think things will need to be done before I return on Tuesday.
