but has no facilities, apart from the grass

I was told by Donington that it will definitely have toilets/water but not much else!

I stand (humbly) corrected.

I thought this was supposed to be cheap, I just spend £ 161.00 in camping facilities >:(

That's less than 3 MB tickets Paddy.

How many pitches did you book?

Damn and I was hoping to leave it until the last minute! Not sure if the van will have road tax next month yet! If it doesn't I doubt I will be there!

Don't mind paying a deposit but paying in FULL??? With a motorhome and electrics that is going to cost me more than i expect as a deposit! Normally campsite ask for a £5-£10 deposit.

I've booked.

They said they were going to be very busy that weekend, with several 'clubs' all trying to be kept together.

So get your booking in today if you want a pitch.

Looking back over the original list of people who expressed an interest, it is Doris and Rick who need to extract their respective digits.

i might be there, I might not it is too early to say. If I am I will probably camp in the free pitches on site as the rest of the facilities will probably be gone.

Is that the time you call 'Sparrow Fart'??  Even I, as a retired man of leisure, get up earlier than that!

Anyway, your brekky will probably be at my place as Peter is cooking and chilling there - I hereby formally invite you.
