Sorry Robbo, it ain't that kind of event. She should dress up like one of the Mitford sisters, or maybe wear a uniform. Yeah, a uniform would be good, say a nurse or police woman.

They did! And I believe you have a left hooker pm, presumably this means a red suspender with an ice-pick standing by, sympathy for the proletariat and favours for the miners welfare. Also, I believe the early motoring years were rife with "Duckhams Wrestling" incidents. This, for me, should be the way forward on Sunday, when those painted on seams are starting to run. A quart of the green stuff goes a long way. I once got invited to a "Mazola Party", and innocently went along (up until then, lard had been the only chip-oil I'd dabbled with). Well, christ-on-a-motorscooter, if only you could have seen what I saw that night, I've never eaten a haddock since. And I'm double booked, as well as double-entendered, this Sunday, and well p*ssed off, last year was a corker. H

For them as is interested, I was delighted to hear that the great Win Percy will be making a return to racing in a specially adapted Jaguar MkVII saloon. Win is a great guy and a great racer, and a former stalwart of the 80's XJR sportscar team. Win was paralysed last year in an operation gone wrong following a gardening accident of all things.
I, for one, will be cheering him on. Go Winston!

I'll be there this year - i went a few years ago and it was stunning.
I'll probably hook out my Club Arnage T Shirt, however I fear it will never recover from Saturday night at the Shampoo Bar.........
Otherwise I will be wearing Reading FC Football colours, cos I've got nothing to dress up in.........

I belive that a few members of Bobblehat racing will be there. In a vintage bus I belive. But unfortunatly there is a clause in the the small print that states that "No Gnomes" Sorry no Norbert. At least the all the furry mascots will be safe

I saw a few people ready for the fun today, on their way to Goodwood.
Unfortunatly for one bloke in a red Porsche 90 i believe, he had bad luck with reliability and needed the boys in blue to push him started again .

What a great day out the goodwood revival was AGAIN this year. My personal favourites? The Ferrari 250 GTO, the Lotus 25, and Frod GT40's (obviously) How these people have the balls to drive these things i dont know, but there was one point that I saw two ferraris - one 250, one 330, decide to have a go at each other in a BTCC style - banging doors, bending wings, caving rear ends in. Now the Ferrari 250 GTO is my FAVOURITE road car of all time. If anyone saw someone REALLY cringe when the came together, that was me........ a couple of million quid a piece, and they're STILL clanging doors with em!! Madness Brad P.S I have sunburn :-(
