I've just had a call from Ferrari Spider from his isolation room!
He had his chemo on Tuesday and his Stem Cell replacement on Wednesday. I have to say he sounded remarkably well and very positive about it all. Apart from feeling very tired, he said he feels quite good. His wife has been in to see him a few times, and hopefully next week he should be allowed other visitors, although the main ward has a flu bug going around it so it's all gowns and masks for anyone going. He's hoping to be out of isolation in about a week and a half.
He's in Southampton General Hospital in Ward C6 if anyone wants to contact or visit him. I am hoping to see him next week, along with Ballast.
I mentioned about Doris visiting as well, he liked the idea but was a little concerned that with the shaved head you might fit in a bit too well though, or maybe that the nurses might think you were an escapee!!
